    I have mild Lupus with no organ involvement. ANA+. For well over a year I have been experiencing ongoing, unrelenting muscle spasms and stiff, sore legs from the spasms which seem to happen most often in my lower body. I have been on Plaquenil for years. It has not helped me with fatigue. Things like vitamins and exercise might assist with decreasing the fatigue level. I have been on 2 Dmards and a biologic for the longest time. I also take Tramadol for pain and now Indomethicin has been added to the mix to help with stiffness. I started on the Plaquenil a little over a week ago. Not much in the way of side effects. Some minor stomach stuff but that could be normal and not related to the Plaquenil. I started at 200mg and increased to 400mg after a week. Andie213, my fatigue has been frustrating for me as well.
