I am on Plaquenil for RA and Sjogrens syndrome. I have extremely dry eyes and sometimes eye irritation which is caused from the Sjogrens syndrome which often goes hand and hand with RA. Apparently the plaquenil is supposed to help with the Sjogrens but i have yet to see an improvment in my dry eyes, it's infact gotten worse.
